Q: Does BingoFunHouse allow US players?
A: BingoFunHouse is registered and operated out of Costa Rica; online gaming is legal here. For this reason, we see no reason to restrict access to our website from US Residents; its your money, spend it how you want to.
Q: Can US players get cashouts?
A: Yes. We cannot mention the specific method, for security reasons, until you are ready to cash out however.

Q: Why does BingoFunHouse need to know my mailing address?
A: There are actually two reasons that we ask for your mailing address:
1) If you win an item or if we need to send you a check for a cashout, then we need to know where to send it.
2) Your credit card processor uses an address verification system to ensure that you are who you say you are when you use the credit card you claim are yours.
Q: Will BingoFunHouse sell my email address or account information?
A: No. BingoFunHouse will never sell, trade, or give away your account information, including your email address, to anyone. Our database features tight encryption protocols on a custom software platform; any information you give us is well protected against hackers and criminals.

A: This answer has two parts:
If you are a new player, you cannot use your credit or debit cards directly with our site until you have made two sucessful deposits using other methods. f you have made 2+ deposits using other methods and your credit cards still aren't working, please click on the Live Support button on the left and speak to one of our CMs.
Q: Can I use my Paypal account to deposit here?
A: No, Paypal does not condone the use of its accounts with gaming-related sites. If they find out you've been using your Paypal account to gamble online, they will close your account and seize the funds.

Q: What options do you offer for cashouts?

Q: Why are there 2 Bingo Rooms?
A: The upper room is for 25-cent per card games. The lower room is for 5-cent, 10-cent, and speed games.
Q: What are mini-slots? I see them in my bingo applet.
A: Mini-slots are a single-line slot machine that you can play while you're playing bingo! They work just like a standard slot machine only they're more convenient because you don't have to open a separate window to play a few pulls of the slot machine.
Q: What are mini-pull tabs? I see them in my bingo applet.
A: Mini-pull tabs are small pull-tab or scratch tickets that you can play while playing a game of bingo. They offer you additional chances to win while you're waiting for your bingo game to wrap up.
Q: My game froze up, do I get a refund?
A: BingoFunHouse's game server features a card management system that keeps all the bingo cards centrally located. What you see on your computer is simply a graphical representation of those cards... not the actual cards themselves. In the event of internet instabilites which might cause your applet to freeze up, the card management system will continue monitoring your cards and will credit you with the win if you had the winning card. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued when your applet freezes.
If the game server ever freezes, then everyone who purchased cards for that game will be refunded by our CMs. If in doubt as to which happened (your applet froze or if the game server froze) ask any CM or your fellow bingo players in the chat room.
Q: How do I play the Slot Machines?
A: After you've logged into our webite, just lick on the PLAY SLOTS button on the left. Note: You will need to set your browser to allow pop-ups from www.BingoFunHouse.com in order to see our games.
Q: My Slot Machine froze, do I get a refund?
A: Consult with one of our CMs. If the game server recorded the result of that pull then you have already been credited, if you won it. If the game server did not record the result of the pull then you will be refunded for that pull by the CM you are consulting with.
POINTS FAQS
Q: What are Points?
A: Points are non-monetary rewards that we give away for winning chat room games and as prizes for certain promotions. Points can either be saved up for prizes from our Prize Catalog or exchanged for Bonus money at a 5:1 ratio.
Q: How do I get more Points?
A: Play chat games and win the promotions we have that feature Point prizes.
