| All BingoFunHouse account holders must have attained the legal age of majority and recognition as an adult in their country of residence (18 years of age in most countries) in order to play. Minors are not allowed to play the games found on BingoFunHouse.com under any circumstances. |

Employees of BingoFunHouse, any related reseller or any other money-transfer institution that processes transactions with BingoFunHouse and their immediate family and/or household members are not eligible to play games at BingoFunHouse.com. Immediate family and household members includes:
Spouses, life partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, half-siblings, children, persons living in the same household, grandparents, step-parents, step-siblings, step-children, and grandchildren. |

| BingoFunHouse promises to keep your identity, account details and all communications and correspondence strictly confidential. However, should a member post or publish any of the above information anywhere on the Internet, whether it be on a website, in a chat room, or on a forum, this policy will be waived. |

| BingoFunHouse will never sell your account information to anyone. |

| BingoFunHouse will monitor all account transactions and wagers placed on its website. This information will be made available to its members upon their request. |

| BingoFunHouse wants to assure its members that we have made every possible effort to provide a safe, entertaining, enjoyable, and honest environment. Every effort will be made to swiftly and promptly handle any disputes the may arise from the use of our games. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses or a prize, the decision made by BingoFunHouse will be final and binding. |

| BingoFunHouse presents its website, chat rooms and games for the sole purpose of entertainment. Should BingoFunHouse determine that a member is present for the sole purpose of making cashouts, poaching special games, attempting to work the system or game schedule, and/or accrue chat credits, then it reserves the right terminate that member's account and refund any unspent deposit monies. In such cases, any winnings accrued will be null and void. |

Should a member give away, share, and/or lose his account number or password BingoFunHouse will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account. | BingoFunHouse reserves the right to close any accounts registered from certain regions. This policy is here because of the high volume of credit card fraud and identity theft originating in certain countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out and deposits may be refunded. We do not like discriminating against our members based on their global locations but find it necessary for both our member's security and ours. | Members of BingoFunHouse are entitled to one and only one account. Use of multiple account numbers and/or names under any circumstances will be grounds for the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings. Please contact a BingoFunHouse Customer Service Representative should you need to obtain a lost/forgotten login or password or use the Forgot Password function on the home page. If BingoFunHouse determines or suspects the use of multiple accounts by any of its members, it reserves the right to close all related accounts and refund any real monies in those same accounts at it's sole discretion. |

| BingoFunHouse reserves the right to terminate a member's account in the event that such member provides false or misleading registration information, including but not limited to: phone numbers, names, addresses, email addresses, and payment accounts, or otherwise violates any term of these Terms and Conditions. In the event BingoFunHouse terminates an account all previously awarded bonuses and bucks will be forfeited without Bonusensation. |

| All wagers placed on BingoFunHouse.com must be placed using the user interface provided by BingoFunHouse on its web pages. Should wagers be placed using any other means we reserve the right to retroactively invalidate all wagers, cancel the offending player's account and/or take any other appropriate action. |

| Unless specifically stated, promotional bonuses and deposit bonuses, interchangeably referred to as either Bonus or Comp, may not be combined unless specifically mentioned in the current promotion. |

| BingoFunHouse considers the bonus to be a way of saying "Thank You" to those players who choose to play with their winnings instead of cashing them out. For this reason, Bonus may not be cashed out under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this rule. |

| All Bonus money currently in a player's account is forfeit upon cashing out. This Bonus will be returned if the player later decides to cancel some or all of their pending cashout. The amount returned will be the same % as the amount of the pending cashout returned to the account balance. |

| Members are free to cash out both their Winnings and their Real Money balance at any time. Should BingoFunHouse determine that members are not here to enjoy BingoFunHouse's games and are abusing the bonus program, which specifically includes cashing out for the sole purpose of re-depositing that cashout in order to get another bonus, we reserve the right to deactivate those accounts. |

| BingoFunHouse reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, at any time, if it determines that the bonus is being abused. All bonus offers are subject to change, withdrawal or termination at any time at the sole discretion of BingoFunHouse. |

| Should any player request a cashout from their bingo account they will be ineligible for any and all promotional bonuses above and beyond the normal VIP Deposit Bonus for the next 7 days. This time period begins on the day that the payment is processed and SENT to the player, not the date that the payout is requested. This rule has been implemented due to excessive past and current abuses of the bonus policy. |

| A member may close their account at any time by contacting a BingoFunHouse Customer Service Representative. However, account closure within 45 days of the initial deposit date will result in the cancellation and retroactive reclamation of all issued bonuses. |

| Cashouts may be requested at any time. However, if a payout is requested any and all remaining bonus will be forfeited. |

| Cashouts may be cancelled at any time so long as they are still pending; this is called a Flowback. NOTE: Flowbacks are NOT deposits and, therefore, do not earn a deposit bonus. |

| The sign-up/try-it-out bonus is good only upon original sign up. You must contact our Customer Service staff via our Help Desk, by emailing support@bingofunhouse.com, or via LivePerson to receive this $5.00. Multiple accounts opened by one person will not receive the $5.00 bonus, and will be closed.. |

| You cannot win any jackpots with the $5.00 Sign-up Bonus. If you have the winning card, you will be notified of your win but that you are not eligible for wins until you have deposited. |

| People who abuse or attempt to abuse the sign-up bonus will have their accounts closed. |

| BingoFunHouse is aware that some free bonus links may be posted in other sites or throughout forums or the information that the potential player received has been sent to others who didn&apst receive it. If BingoFunHouse has enough grounds to determine that a player did NOT receive that particular promotion through the exclusive means that this promotion was sent out, we will not issue this bonus. |

| Refer all of your friends to BingoFunHouse and you will get a 50% bonus on all of their deposits for 30 days! The 30 days start from the day your friends register and it will expire a month later even if a deposit was not made during that time. If your buddy forgot to add your Username at the time of registration, make sure he or she contacts us immediately so we can add you to the referral list. |

| he Bingo Buddy Referral program will be active as soon as your username is added as the Referring Account in the new account. Referral credits will not be issued until the money deposited in the Referral&apss account has been spent in totality. |

| If BingoFunHouse discovers any of its members attempting to abuse the Bingo Buddy Referral Program by creating new accounts and referring themselves the accounts in question will be closed and no Referral Credits will be issued. |

| Cashouts may be requested at any time, but are limited to no more than 1 in any 2-day period. Likewise, no more than $2,000 per 30-day period, per household, may be withdrawn. In the case of multiple household or spousal accounts, we will only allow ONE cashout; the first cashout requested would be the cashout processed. Furthermore, if there is a cashout on the second account that request will be automatically declined and the account will be disabled. |

| In the event of a game malfunction BingoFunHouse is not liable for any monies won on the malfunctioning game. |

| Only active accounts qualify for cashouts. An active account is defined as any account which has received a successful deposit within the last 30 days. |

| The minimum cashout amount a member may withdraw is $50.00. |

| BingoFunHouse reserves the right to put a hold, without prior written notice or notification, on any cashout for the purpose of game winnings verification and account investigations. |

If you are found to be liable for violating any of the above policies, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without further warning. In the event that BingoFunHouse terminates your account, all bonus money and bucks will be forfeited without Bonusensation. |
